June 2002 marked our inception.

This has been an journey during which time we have gained an
excellent reputation for providing a wide variety of clients with food and service
that far exceeded their expectations in quality and professionalism.

From all levels of the corporate environment – these have included visiting
international dignitaries, silver serviced boardroom luncheons for top CEO’s
Cocktail parties, team building picnics, working lunches and office shouts.

We have been busy in the private sector also – arranging and catering for
Weddings, funerals, anniversaries, birthdays, christenings, dinner
parties for 10 or more and BBQ’s.

Because we have a passion for what we do we have organised themed
events. These have included providing international cuisine that matches the occasion
exactly. Be it a German menu for a new car launch, a Mexican party to celebrate
the arrival of new South American wine vintages, or a Greek christening in which
we were aware that the generational recipes handed down through
the family must also be matched!

We love to entertain, we specialise in it and our customers say that we do it well!

:: From a wedding at Erskine for 100 people

:: From a surprise birthday luncheon, including a request
for a cake “that looks like a trout!” and the organizer
having a dietary issue with gluten-free for 30 people

all disappeared so that is a good sign. I really enjoyed being able to
